Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining a master schedule of AGN’s educational and professional development programs, including webinars, workshops, courses, podcasts, and special initiatives.
  • Managing activities to support faculty and consultants, including preparing work agreements, coordinating meetings, updating records, approving invoices, and providing training, resources, and feedback to support them in their work.
  • Developing content, including program session descriptions, presentation slide decks, scripts, videos, audio segments, advertisements, and commercials.
  • Assisting with event production, including participating in planning meetings, coordinating pre- and post- event tasks, and providing technical and logistical support during live events.
  • Serving as a project manager for special initiatives, including the annual sample contest, vendor index, salary survey, and various client services.
  • Maintaining a library of resources, including samples, templates, worksheets, quizzes, and other tools.

  • Customer service and fulfillment
  • Special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned


Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with experience in educational advancement. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong writing and communication skills, a sense of humor, and a willingness to be flexible and patient in the context of a small and growing business. Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office (including PowerPoint), and connectivity tools like Zoom, Adobe Connect, Adobe Creative Cloud, iMovie, Elevate, Blackboard, WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, SurveyMonkey, or comparable platforms required. Must be able to travel occasionally and work evenings and weekends as needed.
