Annual Giving Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The Annual Giving Coordinator will provide essential services to the Office of Development to aid in fundraising efforts, especially through annual giving programs.

Specifically the Annual Giving Coordinator will perform the following duties:

  • Assist in designing a comprehensive annual giving marketing plan
  • Assume responsibility for the development and implementation of the following annual giving program
    • The student led Phonathon
    • Direct Mail
    • Parent Philanthropy
    • Faculty-Staff Campaign
  • Manage a small portfolio of annual giving prospects who are capable of making leadership annual gifts, particularly for those with past unrestricted interests.

Regarding the Student Phonathon, the Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and management of student callers and their fundraising activities, which will require work in the evenings and on occasional Sundays. Furthermore, the Annual Giving Coordinator will prepare phonathon pledge and reminder letters and will enter and update consistent information in database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • At least one year experience in fundraising is preferred.
