University of Kentucky (UK) Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills for the position of Associate Director of Annual Giving. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Associate Director of Annual Giving is responsible for:

• Managing all web solicitations, including UK’s annual 24-hour giving day, crowdfunding projects, and administration of our web giving platform.
• Planning and implementing solicitations for the UK President’s Club, which recognizes annual gifts at the $1,000+ level
• Planning and administration of stewardship for gifts to the UK President’s Club, Fund for UK, and UK Parents Fund, as well as first-time donor recognition.

A Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related experience are required. The ideal candidate will be a strong, collaborative leader. The shift is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and the need to protect our university community including our students, staff, faculty and visitors, the University of Kentucky is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for all new hires prior to starting employment.
