Wilkes University invites applicants for a Director of Annual Fund in the Advancement Division. The Advancement Division is responsible for the institution’s relationships with individuals external to the University including alumni, parents, friends, foundations, and businesses. Advancement is also responsible for the related philanthropic relationships with the University.

The successful candidate is responsible for the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program. The Director will be in charge of maintaining and developing a complex matrix of content for solicitations, online giving website, and social mediaThe Director will focus on aspects of direct mail solicitation, email, social media, and other fundraising efforts by utilizing demographic analysis to determine best communication practices. A BA or BS degree is required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a university advancement unit. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
