Description

The P.A.C Method sheet was created to help student callers find out more from the prospects they speak to. We focus a lot on building rapport with alumni because it makes the alumni feel more comfortable and it is more conversational in this way.

What makes this unique

We are focusing on the prospect more personally and it makes a difference in the conversations and end results, whether that is getting alumni more engaged or getting a gift from them, especially a credit card gift.

Outcome

At this same time last year we had 117 long lapsed and non-donors give back on a credit or debit card. This year we have had 160 long lapsed and non-donors give back on a credit or debit card. This year the credit card rate is 45.85% with the long lapsed and non-donor population, compared to 48.55% last year. This year we have 349 pledges overall from non-donors and lapsed donors, compared to 241 last fiscal year at this time.
